My wife and I have worked in the local wedding industry for almost 20 years and definitely feel that there are some misconceptions about the business. I would say 99% of the time the couples and their guests are kind, respectful people that just want to enjoy our beautiful coast with loved ones for the weekend. Typically they spend quite a bit and a lot of that money goes into our economy. This venue in Big Sur is well known within the wedding industry but not known much outside of it. It is a stunning 10 acre, oceanfront, hillside property with a main house and guest quarters. The views are spectacular. Guests are always happy with the result. Throw in a small catered dinner from one of SLO or Monterey Co’s finest chefs and you have an evening you’ll never forget.
